Write from the email address you paid with, and include the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt if you have it. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how it works.

Managing a subscription

You can cancel, change your payment method and download invoices yourself, in the Dodo Payments customer portal. The link is in your receipt email.
